Custom fields and subtasks available in public collaboration
Public collaboration enables you to collaborate by sharing links to activities and boards with people who don't have Beenia account. We have now extended these capabilities by enabling custom fields and subactivities. For example you can now send a task to your new customers called say Onboarding Checklist which would include subactivities with videos guides for each step of the onboarding process.
This is amazing. You can now create shareable links for each of your activities in a similar way to how you do it with Google Docs or Canva presentations. In the context menu of your tasks, click on public access and generate your link. For this feature to work, you also need to enable public collaboration in your workspace settings.
The public board received a new design as well. We hope to made it more cleaner and appealing for your external collaborators. Available in all Beenia packages.
