Beenia Accounts are structured through workspaces. Once you create an account you need to create your first workspace.
Workspaces can be used to organize any type of work or activity.
Each workspace has its own settings which can be used to setup the workspace to suite the type of work you want to use it for .
We recommended to use workspaces to organize similar type of work. For example is you are a startup company one workspace could be Growth Management which would be used to track ideas and your KPIs. Another might be Customer Success or Customer Onboarding.
Inside of each workspaces you can decide to activate apps you would like to use. One key app is Activities.
Activities app is used to organize ideas or tasks. That's the type of object you already know from similar apps like Asana, Trello etc.
You can use custom fields to track various type of information on your activities.
You can save and share filtered views of activities with your team mates so that everyone sees only those activities to need to see to maintain focus.
One of the key things that makes Beenia stand out compared to similar apps is the way how it enables you to track goals.
There are two types of goals in Beenia. Metrics based and Activity based
Metric based goals can be used to track any type of metric e.g. Visitors on your website, Followers on Linked In, Active Users etc.
Once you connect and external data source like HubSpot CRM your goals can be updated automatically and you see how your metrics evolve over time.
Activity based goals track progress on activities. They show how many activities where added to a goal, how many of the are completed and what is the progress percentage.
Interesting things happen when you start to match activities with goals. By doing that you can start to see which activity was executed when and if it influenced the metrics it was matched with.
That foster learning in your team, increases creativity and motivation. You team starts to get focused on moving the metrics.
You can add activities to goals manually or automatically through rules. Using rules is the time saving method. Rules are very flexible way to organize and structure your work without effort.
