Miro is great for brainstorming, conceptualization, prototyping and other sorts of collaborative visualization. After you have visualized your ideas, it is time to extract actionable steps so that you and your team can bring those ideas to life. This may become messy when you manage your ideas and work in two separate systems. In Beenia, you can now embed your Miro white boards into your work management system and manage your ideas and tasks in one place.

How it works:

1. Copy the embed code from the Miro board you want to embed.

Click on the blue share button in the top-right corner of your Miro board. In the popup, copy the embed code for that board.

2. Paste the embed code into Beenia.

In Beenia, navigate to the team space you want to embed the board into. Click on the team settings icon in the top-right corner. In the section Apps & Structure, click on the "Create custom app" icon. Click on Miro, name your app, paste the Miro embed code into the respective field, and save it.

3. Work with your Miro board inside of Beenia.

In the top navigation of your team space, you will now see a Miro icon. Click on that icon, and voila! You and your team members can now work on your Miro board from inside Beenia. Now you don't need to click between apps or search your Miro boards. Your ideas and work are in one place.

4. Create new activities while working on your board.

By clicking on the plus icon in the left Beenia navigation, you can now easily create and assign new activities while working on your Miro board.
