How to Embed an External App in Beenia

1. Navigate to Workspace Settings

• Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of your workspace to open the settings.

2. Create a New Custom App

• In the Custom Apps tab, select Create New Custom App to start embedding an external tool.

3. Switch to Embed Code Tab

• In the pop-up window, navigate to the Embed Code tab instead of the default settings.

4. Insert Embed Code

• Choose a pre-set integration (e.g., Miro, Milanote, Canva, or Google Sheets) or paste a custom embed code from any compatible application.
• Copy the embed code from your desired tool and paste it into the provided field in Beenia.

5. Customize the Integration

• Assign an Application Name for easy identification.
• Upload a custom app icon or select from available icons.
• Optionally, add a Description for tooltips to guide your team on how to use the embedded app.

6. Finalize and Save

• Click Add Embed Code, and your embedded application will now appear in the top navigation bar of your workspace.
