Thinking About Downgrading? Here’s What You Might Miss
Before you downgrade your Beenia subscription, consider what features you’ll be giving up. Your current plan provides seamless automation, advanced goal tracking, unlimited workspaces, and powerful collaboration tools—all designed to streamline your workflow, boost productivity, and keep your team aligned. Downgrading may limit your access to essential features like time tracking, custom branding, public collaboration, or integration capabilities, which could disrupt your processes.
However, if you still need to adjust your plan, here’s how you can do it:
1️⃣ Go to Administration Settings – Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Beenia dashboard and select Administration.
2️⃣ Navigate to the Billing Section – In the left-side menu, find and click on Billing to view your current plan details.
3️⃣ Choose a Lower Plan – You’ll see a list of available plans. Select the one that fits your needs. Keep in mind that some advanced features may no longer be available.
4️⃣ Confirm the Change – Review the features included in the new plan, agree to the terms, and confirm the downgrade.
🚨 Important Note: Any features associated with your current plan will be removed when the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your team relies on automation, integrations, or unlimited workspaces, you may want to reconsider!
